Exchange Policy
- If you would like to exchange a product, please check it while the delivery man is still there.
- If the exchange is needed because of your choice (for example, wrong size or color), the delivery charge will be your responsibility.
- If the issue is from our side, we will exchange it for you without any extra cost.
- After the delivery man leaves, we usually don’t accept exchanges. But in special cases (like if the product is damaged, torn, or the size doesn’t fit), we will try to help with an exchange if you inform us within 24 hours. In this case, the delivery charge will be applied.
Please note, we cannot accept exchanges later for reasons such as:
“I changed my mind.”
“It doesn’t suit me.”
“I don’t like the color anymore.”
Return Policy
- We always send the exact product shown. If you don’t like the product for personal reasons, you can return it immediately in front of the delivery man by paying the delivery charge.
- * After you receive the product, we normally do not accept returns. However, if you really don’t want to keep it for a valid reason, we can arrange an exchange instead (delivery charge will apply).
